An employee story by Ben Garrett<\/h2>\n

My time at EyeOn in the recently launched Irish office thus far has been an equally enjoyable and rewarding experience to say the least. I have been fortunate to join a brilliant Irish team with a wonderful mix of enthusiasm, experience, and desire to deliver excellent results.<\/p>\n

As a life sciences consultant with EyeOn, I have been given the unique opportunity to work on some exciting projects alongside leading companies\u00a0within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently I am testing a mathematical allocation solver system to ensure its\u2019 functionality matches the customers\u2019 needs and expectations. The software allows for the visualization of the supply chain in a clear way and facilitates the selection of optimal downstream inventory movements to minimize costs and maximize service levels to global markets whilst adhering to specific process constraints and sourcing decisions.<\/p>\n

My favorite part of working for EyeOn is the connections I\u2019ve made with my colleagues both in Ireland and around Europe. Starting a new position can be a daunting experience for sure, however, in EyeOn you never feel isolated. Everyone is more than willing to answer the call for aid and provide opinions and suggestions based on the countless years of combined experience they have.<\/p>\n

Although my time in EyeOn has been relatively short thus far, I have learned so much and developed myself as both a professional and an individual through the mentoring I have received. I can\u2019t wait to continue the journey I have started with EyeOn and am sure there are many more interesting projects and success stories to come.<\/p>\n
